L3VEL3 Oxidant Developer

L3VEL3 (Level 3) Oxidant Developer is a creamy peroxide developer in 10, 20 and 30 volume for mixing with L3VEL3 bleach and hair colour.

The smooth texture mixes easily and gives even application. It is made to keep moisture, strength and elasticity in the hair during colouring. Strengths are 3%, 6% and 9% peroxide.

• 10 Volume: 3% peroxide
• 20 Volume: 6% peroxide
• 30 Volume: 9% peroxide
• Sizes: 1L, plus a 100mL 20 Volume

How to use

Mix with L3VEL3 bleach powder or colour as directed on the label.
